Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old to create a VOZZII account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You may not create an account for another person, use another person’s phone number, or create multiple accounts to evade restrictions.

Accounts are created using mobile phone-number OTP verification. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number and device secure, not sharing your account or verification codes, keeping your profile information accurate, and all activity carried out through your account. Notify VOZZII immediately at support@vozzii.com if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Riders may use VOZZII to request a taxi ride; enter a pickup point and destination; view available Drivers and estimated route information; communicate with the assigned Driver through in-app chat during an active trip; view ride history; and rate Drivers or submit feedback, complaints, photos, or lost-item reports. VOZZII aims to connect Riders with nearby available Drivers, but does not guarantee that a Driver will always be available, that a ride will be accepted, or that a Driver will arrive within a specific time.

Drivers may use VOZZII to receive ride requests, manage availability, navigate trips, communicate with Riders, and maintain trip and rating records. Drivers confirm that they hold all valid licences, permits, registrations, and insurance required for taxi transport; are legally permitted to provide taxi services in North Macedonia; will maintain a safe, clean, roadworthy vehicle; will follow applicable taxi pricing rules and fare requirements; will treat Riders respectfully and professionally; will not discriminate; and will not misuse Rider personal data or contact information. VOZZII may suspend or remove a Driver account if required documents expire, become invalid, or the Driver breaches these Terms.

All rides are paid in cash directly to the Driver at the end of the trip. VOZZII does not currently process card payments, wallets, or online ride payments. Fares are generally based on current taxi prices in North Macedonia and applicable taxi regulations. The Driver is responsible for collecting the cash fare and issuing any receipt required by law. VOZZII does not charge Riders a booking fee, service fee, or cancellation fee. If you believe a Driver has charged incorrectly, contact VOZZII support with the trip details.

Either the Rider or Driver may cancel a ride before it begins. VOZZII does not charge cancellation fees. However, repeated cancellations, no-shows, false requests, or repeated failed ride attempts may be flagged by the VOZZII system and reviewed manually. Depending on the outcome, VOZZII may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently remove an account.

In-app chat is available between a Rider and assigned Driver during an active ride. You must not use chat to harass, threaten, insult, or discriminate against anyone; send spam, advertisements, or inappropriate content; share another person’s private information; arrange illegal activity; or circumvent VOZZII, including attempting to take rides off-platform. VOZZII may monitor, review, retain, and use chat content where necessary for safety, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms.

You must not use VOZZII for fraud, scams, or misrepresentation; fake, duplicate, or stolen accounts; harassment, threats, abuse, bullying, or hate speech; discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, nationality, or any other protected characteristic; use of the service while intoxicated to the extent that you endanger yourself, the Driver, other passengers, or the public; damage to vehicles, property, or VOZZII equipment; violence, illegal weapons, drugs, or other illegal activity; misuse of promotions, referral offers, or platform features; manipulation of ratings, reviews, trip records, or platform systems; interference with app security, scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorised access; or any activity that violates applicable North Macedonian law. VOZZII may investigate suspected violations, remove content, suspend accounts, and report unlawful conduct to authorities.

Riders and Drivers may submit ratings, reviews, complaints, photos, and lost-item reports through the app. VOZZII may use this information to investigate incidents, improve service quality, contact the other party, resolve disputes, and take enforcement action. Ratings and reports must be truthful and based on genuine experiences. If you leave an item in a vehicle, contact VOZZII support as soon as possible with the trip details. VOZZII will assist where reasonably possible but is not responsible for lost, damaged, or unreturned items.

Riders and Drivers must behave safely and respectfully during every trip. VOZZII may suspend or terminate an account where there is a credible safety concern, credible complaint, repeated negative conduct, or a violation of these Terms. In urgent situations involving danger, injury, crime, or an emergency, users should contact local emergency services first.

The VOZZII name, logo, app design, software, content, and related materials are owned by VOZZII or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the app except as permitted by law or with VOZZII’s written permission.

VOZZII may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app or service at any time. We may also update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOZZII is not liable for Driver unavailability, delays, route changes, or cancelled rides; losses caused by another user’s conduct; lost items, personal property, or missed connections; indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; or losses arising from events outside VOZZII’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability required by applicable law.

You may stop using VOZZII and request account deletion by contacting support@vozzii.com. VOZZII may suspend or terminate an account if you breach these Terms, create risk for other users, provide false information, engage in fraud or abuse, or where required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. Any dispute arising from these Terms or use of VOZZII shall first be addressed through VOZZII support. If it cannot be resolved, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Republic of North Macedonia, with Skopje as the agreed venue where permitted by law.
